Our main focus is making aging in place possible by reassuring the senior's family that all is good at home.   We are technologists with a passion for combining complex electronics, telecom and software into the simplest possible end-to-end solution.

Established in 1993

Over the last two decades we have successfully handled projects at the intersection of one or more technologies such as AI, security, cloud-computing, and embedded electronics.  Recent deliverables include an Health Information Exchange and 9-1-1 Call Handling in use in over 700 agencies in the USA.

  • eHealth Executive VP, Board Member, California, for a revolutionary medical equipment to treat aethetic varicoses.
  • former Software Account Executive for IBM, Responsible for introducing user-sponsored software in some of the word's largest corporations.

  • Government Relations Executive, Delaware.  Responsible for Federal funding.
